Employee Welcome Pack Design

I'm looking for a comprehensive employee welcome pack/handbook to be designed as a digital PDF. I have added a PowerPoint JPEG to give you an idea of the colour scheme I want, but I prefer it in an A4 PDF handbook format. The logo is added as well. The content is already written; I need someone who can design the template.
