Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for an intranet platform to streamline communication among all employees. The platform should include:
- Instant Messaging: For real-time communication between employees.
- Shared Calendar: To keep track of who is where.
- Assignment/Task Progress: A feature that shows the progress of various URGENT tasks and assignments.
- Company Information Documents: A centralized location for all important company documents.
- An announcement banner for shout outs.
I need a single web page with separate columns for chat, calendar, tasks, and documents—and all locked to internal staff access.
We currently use Office and Google Enterprise so the person should integrate this so we don’t duplicate work.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing intranet platforms.
- Strong knowledge of communication tools integration ( We use Office and Google Enterprise)
- Familiarity with task tracking and document management systems.
- UI/UX design skills for an intuitive user experience.
