Embroidery designs and digitizing for hat company

Looking for someone who is experienced with creating and digitizing designs for embroidery. Must have digitizing skills and a portfolio to show work. We are a hat company so we will need custom artwork to go with our style of company. I will attach photos of hat companies and designs that we want to follow for design inspiration. All files must be completed is DST format
