Embroidery PES File Creation from SVG

I'm looking for a skilled digitizer to convert my SVG file into a PES file which can be used on an embroidery machine. The finished design should be compatible with an embroidery machine to be used on various garments.
Key Requirements:

- Create the digitized design in multiple sizes suitable for various garments
- The design should not require specific thread colors, any colors will do
