Embroidered Tshirt Designing

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a realistic embroidered t-shirt design for me. The design should be minimalistic and use 1-3 colors. While I don't have a specific theme in mind, I do have a rough idea of what I want the design to look like. I am open to suggestions and ideas from the designer. Ideal skills for this job would include graphic design and embroidery experience.
