Embossed icons and text

I'd like to emboss my icons on a white background. I have 6 icons I'd like to emboss. I've attached some examples. Please provide and example of any embossed work or icon so I can see your skills. And I'd like a recessed text down the bottom of the icon. I'm hoping to pay around $40

I'm also making a new website so will need some additional editing later on for separate work.
