Email signature with clickable social media icons and gif image of person

I am looking for a freelancer to create 6* email signatures for 2 staff. 3 email signatures per staff member that will be subtly different for seasonal occasions.
This will be used on outlook.
The email signature should include clickable social media icons, details and a gif of the staff member (2 image GIF)

Phone number needs to be clickable
Email needs to be clickable
Website needs to be clickable
Map location needs to be clickable

Social Media Icons:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok

PNG photos will be sent after award.

Design Concept:
- The client will provide specific details for the design concept.

Gif Image:
- The freelancer is required to create 3* gif image for each staff member (*2 staff members) this will be for Easter, Halloween and Christmas.
Use photos for the email signature from photos provided after award

For clarification there will be 6* email signatures provided with the only change being the GIF of staff member.
