Email Marketing

We currently send out 4 emails a month which are designed graphically for us and then sliced and put into mail chimp. We would like to still get 4 emails at least out each month but also work with someone who can give us a bit more of an email strategy and work out what we should be doing. We are a large furniture retail store in London, UK. If possible we would also like help with social ads and some web graphics.
