Email Designer Required

Hi. We are looking to update our email marketing campaigns (currently being used on Active Campaign) but we feel like the designs of our emails are out of date and need to have new fresh emails designed. We would like a variety of email templates made which we can use for our company newsletters, marketing campaigns etc. We would like for them to be designed to a high spec.
