Elementor Pro to help with tasks, graphic design and social media skills a big plus

I need to C L O N E myself but since that is not possible I need to find someone to help on a regular basis. This would be a trial to see if we are a good fit first.
What I need is someone with beyond EXPERT skills in Wordpress and Elementor Pro to assist in designing websites for small businesses.
Skills you need to have:
Follow Directions, stick to the estimated budget, hit your deadlines more often than not. Ask questions and not the night before the task is due. Don't be flaky, be a communicator.
VERY strong design eye, and understanding of current design and social media trends.

You will need to be able to follow my directions and be communicative. I expect time tracking and updates on your tasks. You must use the tools built into Elementor Pro and not just hack it all with Custom CSS that the client will never find.
Do you know how to budget your time and hit a deadline AND a budget?
You MUST MUST MUST be an EXPERT at Elementor Pro, Wordpress, WooCommerce, know how to adapt to constant updates, i.e. do you use containers? Do you know how to convert an older kit to a container?
Do you know how to adapt a Kit to a clients branding and do it fast?
Do you dig in and research for solutions outside the box or do you give up when you don't know how to do something?

This job involves working in tandem with me. I have been working in Wordpress since it's very first year and before that I wrote HTML and PHP CSS sites.
I have a system, it works well and it makes money. I just need more hands to learn and follow directions and be communicative.
Also you have to be ok with fractional work.
The projects vary from updates, to troubleshooting or finishing a site I started, and sometimes I'll finish a task you started because the client was pushing. I always give plenty of time to finish a project but if you disappear or wait til the day it's due to tell me that you can't finish, I will not hire you again.
THIS COULD BE AN ongoing position however I have been burned over and over again by freelancers sloppy work and missed deadlines.
Skills and experience required:
- Expert level proficiency in Elementor Pro - or if you have amazing WP experience are willing to learn how to do it "my way"
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plugin issues
-I don't care if you have great English, I need a good honest person with a great design eye.
It's a bonus if you have experience in Notion, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Canva, Social media, AI content creation and SEO SEM or willing and able to learn fast.
Have to be willing to show a sample of work, and do a quick test page on Elementor.
