Nephrology practice in need of a marketing material revamp! We have a queue of printed pieces that all need the same refined, modern look—rack cards, tri-fold brochures, single-page handouts/patient-education sheets and patient welcome packet. Everything will be printed, so the designs must translate cleanly to CMYK with proper bleeds.
Here’s what I’m after: a cohesive template system built around our existing logo, using a cool palette of blues and whites. Think clean lines, generous white space, readable typography, and tasteful use of icons or color blocks—no gimmicky shapes or novelty graphics (avoiding clip art, swirls, circles or any other pattern that locks like "stock"). Once the core layout is locked, I’d like each file delivered both as a print-ready PDF and as an editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or a comparable format) so my team can swap information later.
I’ll provide:
• Logo
• Images we plan to use and verbiage
• Reference materials that capture the tone we like and what we are trying to stay away from
You’ll deliver:
• Master template(s) for rack cards (2) , brochures, one-pagers (2) , patient info sheets and welcome packet
• Consistent typographic and spacing rules documented inside the file
• CMYK PDFs with 0.125" bleed for each piece
• Editable source files with organized layers
