Elegant Magazine Layout and Cover Design

I am looking for a graphic designer proficient in creating magazine layout and cover designs.
The design should involve a cover page with a replaceble photograph. The title of the magazine shoul be COMMONS
It should also include a content page and then space for 15 articles. 5 500 words 5 800 words and 5 1500 words. Have space between the text where i can add photgraphs and infographics. the colour should be a combination of ocean blue and forest green. Also add sections for facts and other peripheral things
Since the magazine will be very text heavy, the designer should make it look good.
