Elegant Leather Folding Tote Bag Design

I am going to start my own business in bag industry. I have an idea for a premium folding tote bag and I need a very unique design for it. I have done some research regarding the material I want to use in the bag.
My preference is using leather as the main material in the bag but since folding the leather make it less durable we can add other materials like Canvas or Ballistic Nylon or even other materials which you recommend. The folding bag design I am looking for has an elegant cover which will be closed with zipper. the size of the cover could be around 12x15 cm. The bag is attached to the cover and cannot be separated. The bags dimension is width 33 and height 43. the dimensions I mentioned above could be changeable depending on the design.
I dont have any idea about the handle but it is also very important in the design. We could also have a linen material which is detachable and washable inside the bag. If the bag is fully leather then it could also be rolled instead of folded (this is only an idea).
There is only one premium bag in the market which can give you an inspiration, this is called Longchamp (Le Pliage). I am not looking for something like Longchamp at all, but it could be an inspiration.
