Elegant Crossword Enhancement

I need a homemade crossword transformed into a classic and elegant version. It’s currently a very plain 2 page pdf, I need it converted into a nicely laid out 1 pager to be framed. I need the line ‘a number of words could not be placed: 1’ to be removed. And on top, I would like the following title added: ‘For someone who is seldom puzzled and always brilliant. Happy birthday Mum!’
