Electronic Press Kit (EPK)

I'm looking for someone to put together an Electronic Press Kit (EPK) for a musician. I will provide the biography, social links and pictures. This should be no more than 2 pages at most. I would the EPK to be done on Adobe Acrobat. See the attachment for an example.

Please do this on a solid white background with solid black font.
Font: Times New Roman.
