Educational Project Report with Custom Graphics

I need a project report designed for a professional / educational audience. It collates and reports on the results and process of a creative approach to education, and will include interview excerpts, photos, and will need to include diagrams and graphics which should be designed in response to the text given to the designer. It should target a public/professional level, so it needs to be clear, informative and engaging. The report should be visually appealing, using a creative and colorful style, with bespoke graphics and visuals to help convey the information. The final report will likely be landscape and approximately 40-50 pages including full page colour images. We envisage the need for multiple iterations and would need the design completed by the end of the year.
