Educational Poster on Psychological Safety
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm looking for a graphic designer to create a poster aimed at educating managers about the role they play in fostering psychological safety in their teams.
Key aspects of the project include:
- Graphic design: The poster needs to be visually appealing and easy to understand.
- Content: The poster should clearly convey the key message about the role of leadership in fostering psychological safety. There are 5 key themes and several subthemes to include in the poster related to this.
- Target Audience: The design and content should be tailored to suit managers.
Ideal freelancer skills:
- Graphic design experience, particularly with educational materials.
- Understanding of psychological safety and leadership concepts.
- Ability to create content that is engaging and accessible for the target audience.
-Could also potentially be done in the form of a leader story through comic style graphic (I have a script)
