Educational Platform UI/UX Design -- 2

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team, responsible for all design-related work across our educational platform.
This is a hands-on, full-time remote role. The designer will personally execute all design tasks and collaborate directly with the backend and frontend developers.
Role Overview
The designer will be responsible for creating end-to-end user experiences across:
• Web platform
• Mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Marketing assets and social media visuals
The role requires strong understanding of backend systems and APIs, especially Node.js-based architectures, to ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design complete UI/UX flows for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with backend developers (Node.js) to align designs with APIs, data structures, and system logic
• Design dashboards, admin panels, and complex user journeys
• Ensure mobile-first, scalable, and user-friendly experiences
• Design marketing visuals:
• Social media posts
• Landing pages
• Banners and promotional materials
• Maintain and evolve the design system and Ul components
• Support ongoing product improvements and new features
• Adapt designs based on user feedback and product growth
• Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in UI/UX design for Web & Mobile
• Deep understanding of backend-driven applications
• Ability to work efficiently with Node.js / REST APIs
• Experience designing admin dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
• Proficiency in Figma (required)
• Strong sense of usability, typography, color, and layout
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear design solutions
• Experience working with development teams (not working in isolation)
• Bonus (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
• Experience with educational or SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React / Next.js) at a conceptual level
• Experience with branding and visual identity systems
• Motion / micro-interaction design experience
