Rental owners association that provides educational content for our members who are landlords, I am looking for a skilled individual to design, compile, and maintain our monthly newsletter. The primary purpose of this newsletter is to provide our subscribers with educational content related to our industry.

Responsibilities:
- Designing a visually appealing newsletter with a balance of text and visuals
- Compiling provided articles into a coherent and engaging layout
- Ensuring the newsletter is distributed via email to our subscribers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in newsletter management
- Strong organizational skills to effectively compile and layout articles
- Proficiency in relevant tools for creating and distributing newsletters.
