Educational Book Formatting -- 2

I am planning to take on someone to convert my PowerPoints to word Documents that are formatted in the style of an educational book. Please find attached an example of the PowerPoint I will need to be converted. Please give an example of previous work and how you can change for me.
I have multiple books to convert so please quote me per 100 pages. We Will have about 3000 pages
