Education Directory Web Design

I'm searching for a savvy web designer to create Figma designs for a website. The website is StudyPortugal.pt

What I need is a design for program pages that is modular that can display the following information:

1. Information that will always be there
a. Start dates
b. Tuitions
c. Deadlines, which there can be many of for one program for different stages
d. Language
e. The city
f. Nearby housing
g. Link to the program page
h. Duration

2. Information that may exist for a program (and where it doesn't, it's fine for that card/section to not show)
a. Program description
b. An apply button that goes to an external site
c. Some kind of suggestion to take a foundation year for programs not taught in English
e. *Any other information you believe could be useful*

And these addition sections:
1. "Other interesting programs for you"
2. (Optional) Some short area for information about the university (like reviews?)
3. Suggestions for other sections that could give dynamic content would be nice

Project Timeline: The ideal candidate should be capable of completing the project within a month.
