I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a suite of editable product templates for Canva. Design Brief for Graphic Designer
Company Overview: Ground Nurse is a leading provider of innovative ground care solutions in Australia. We specialise in high-quality, reliable products designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ground maintenance. Our mission is to provide customers with tools that make their work easier and more productive.
Project Overview: We are seeking a talented graphic designer to develop a suite of templates for our marketing materials. These templates will be used for specification sheets, product range overview pamphlets, and user manuals. The designs should reflect our brand's commitment to quality and innovation, as showcased on our website www.groundnurse.com.au.
We would then use the final designs, and populate with actual product data internally, however we want consistency & professionalism across the product ranges.
Objectives:
1. Create a clean, crisp, and professional look for all templates.
2. Incorporate images of our products in use to highlight practicality and effectiveness.
3. Use infographics to illustrate product benefits and features clearly.
4. Ensure consistency with our brand image across all documents.
Deliverables:
1. Specification Sheet Templates
o A4 format
o Space for product images and descriptions
o Sections for key features, benefits, and technical specifications
o 1,2 & 4 Page versions
o Standard & Table type templates
o We have 6 Ranges, and need the templates to look consistent across each product regardless of the range, however need it immediately visible which range the product falls within
1. Ground Mats
2. Crane Products
3. Ramps & Covers
4. Workshop Products
5. Construction Products
6. Environmental & Agriculture
2. Product Range Overview Pamphlet Template
o Tri-fold design
o Allow Areas to highlight various products and their applications
o Include area for customer testimonials or case studies
o An overall one, along with one for each of the 6 ranges
3. User Manual Template:
o A5 format
o Clear layout for step-by-step instructions
o Visual aids to support text instructions
o Cover/Contents/Page template
Design Elements:
• Colour palette: Match our brand colours (Must adhere to brand Guidelines)
• Typography: Use professional and easy-to-read fonts (Must adhere to brand Guidelines)
• Imagery: High-quality images of products in use (we will populate the final sheets)
• Infographics: Visual representations of data and benefits (we will populate final sheets, however need the design to allow for it)
Copywriting:
• Develop key copy elements that are consistent with our brand voice, that can be used across the range of templates
• Emphasize innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Timeline:
• Initial concepts to be delivered within two weeks of project commencement.
• Final templates to be completed within four weeks.
Budget: Please provide a quote based on the scope of work outlined
