Edit text onto graphics, using already created pictures.

I want to create a few very sharp and scalable graphics - to use in sending out as WhatsApp/ telegram/ Signal pictures as part of a presentation.
They should also be usable for printing in a basic foldout brochure.
The work should be fairly easy, and should be quick, as I have already created it in draft. It must just be professionally put together. There may be some creative input/ suggestions that will be accepted.
I am looking to have the work completed by you in a few hours (so only pitch if you have spare capacity right now). I won't be paying any upsell or extra fees - so the agrred proce will be the final price for 100% work.
