Edit And Transform Old Photo Into Hyper-Realistic Professional Profile Pic

I’m looking for a highly skilled photo editor or digital artist to create a hyper-realistic and professional LinkedIn profile picture for me.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a recent high-quality photo of myself. I do have an older image (from 5–7 years ago), and I want that to be transformed into a realistic, present-day professional headshot — as if it was just captured recently.
What I Need:
Use my old photo to create a realistic, professional version of me as I would look today.
Add natural facial aging features (maturity, slightly older look, but not overdone).
Add a beard and update the hairstyle to suit a present-day, professional appearance.
Dress me in a doctor’s apron/coat, formal shirt with a tie, and a stethoscope around the neck — realistic lighting and shadows are crucial.
You may:
Either create the image by compositing my edited face onto a stock photo of a doctor, ensuring seamless blending.
