I am seeking an architect/ designer experienced in eco-friendly construction for a unique project: an underground house for residential living in the Irish countryside. The house should seamlessly blend with its natural surroundings and utilize natural materials. The aim is to get as close to an original hobbit construction. The key question I would like answered is the thorny issue of rustic wooden frame supports for potential tonnes of soil above.
