ESOP Brochure

I am looking for a freelancer to create a high-quality ESOP brochure for our organization. It will be targeted to employees and recruiters in order to educate them about the various benefits of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).I am thinking I just want a template and ill the add the text. In terms of design and format, we prefer an editable file such as InDesign. We would also like the freelancer to provide a print-ready PDF so that the brochure is ready to go as soon as it's completed. We look forward to working with a talented and creative individual who has the needed skills to bring this project to life. Ive attached samples of what we are looking for and also attached company logos and pics. I would like a testimonial section or if we can make space throughout each page for a testimonial and we will be adding pics of team member as well next to their testimonials. We would like to have the cover "A" logo on back page as well and we will putting the ESOP committee team member pics in the back cover. The "ESOP Brochure Template 1" is essentially the layout and design we want but with better colors and graphics. Our company colors are the Blue and Gold in the ESOP logo. We also have a new logo that is black and gold and I will attach as well.
