Dynamic Logo and Promotional Sales Brochure

I am in need of a design specialist to create two dynamic company logos featuring the company name and specific images and symbols that best represent our brand. This logo is essential for our marketing and promotion efforts. Ive included a rough draft of the logo I want. I love the colors and the symbols. The one included is the short or favicon/ social media icon version. Id also like a full version with the complete company name " Colorado Heated Driveways" I build heated driveways featuring hydronic or electric power. Hydronic is represented by fire and electric by the lighning bolt. My systems melt snow and ice of of driveways.
In addition, I also require a persuasive sales brochure for a different company that will contain:
_ this company is Springs Concrete, LLC ( different than the logo)
- Detailed information on our product features
-I want to showcase my electric heated driveways and my hydronic heated driveways only
- Clearly stated benefits of our product ( who what when where)
- Compelling testimonials from our satisfied customers ( plenty of google reviews)
- the brochure should be fantastic, multi page, true to my website colors, and large.
