Duplicate and Adjust Logo

I need a freelancer to copy my existing logo from a digital image and make minor adjustments.

Requirements include:
- Reproducing the logo from a JPEG/PNG file
- Making minor adjustments as specified
- make white background transparent
- logo file type required for print purposes

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design
- Experience with logo reproduction and modification
- Ability to work from JPEG/PNG images
