Dual-Purpose Cooler Bag/Backpack Design

I am in need of an innovative and practical design for a cooler bag/backpack that will appeal to both men and women. I am aiming for a design that is not only stylish but also functional, with efficient use of space and consideration of the user's comfort.
Key aspects of the project include:
- Packaging Design: The packaging must highlight the cooler bag/backpack's features, and be attractive to both male and female customers. It should be designed in a way that it provides a 'wow' factor when unboxed. I’d like the design to be bold and filled with niche elements
- Retail Product Design: The cooler bag/backpack itself has to be designed for retail. It should be easy to use, visually appealing, and small in design
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in designing product packaging and retail products
- Experience or understanding of unisex product design
- Experience in designing outdoor or travel-related gear is a plus
- Good eye for detail and consideration of user experience in design.
