Draw a T-shirt design

Hi I’m looking to get a drawing of the stoic philosopher Seneca’s head/face side on wearing a special forces helmet and night vision goggles. The flag Velcro patch on the helmet will have our logo on it as opposed to a flag. The quote “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity”.―Seneca
will be below the image. I have attached an image of Seneca and one of the helmet. This is for a T-shirt design for our special forces event company Stoic Events.
