Double-sided printing without offset

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer who can help me out with a project that requires skill in double-sided printing without offset. The material to be printed on is paper, and I'd like the freelancer to use digital printing techniques to print the pieces to the size of letter (8.5 by 11 inches). I need to design some cards (35mm x 35mm), and I would like to print them on both sides of a sheet of paper ('Letter' size is 8.5 by 11 inches).
Naturally, both sides of the print need to match exactly.
The printer used is a Inkjet printing.
