Dogtown, Venice Beach CA

I own land on the OVR land space and would like to build out my space. The Venice Beach, Ca "Square" is a popular area for a wide range of people. My space is a skateboard theme because Dogtown, Venice Beach CA was the original seed of skateboarding and the "Square" holds a lot of that history. Two skateboard ramps with skaters using the ramp a DJ in the center, but maybe at first a skateboard in the sky and you view it from the bottom while on your phone. The tagline reading DOGTOWN (need the original logo) on the board, wheels rolling while the skateboard floats in the sky with cool music playing.
