Dog rescue property mock up and funding brochure

Looking for a designer to assist in creating a mock up of a site and funding brochure.
The site is a dog rescue with supporting commercial outlets - bakery, vets, hydrotherapy, shop and agility courses. Including overall site view, external street level and internals of 2/3 of the commercial units.
The funding brochure will just need to be templated to be populated by us.
The brochure will be used to acquire seed funding for the venture. For background, this project is to be employee owned/not for profit with a view to the commercial units being used to fund the rescue and ensure all staff are paid above the living wage.
