Dive Photo Adjustment

I need a professional to photoshop a diving photo on my phone.
Requirements:
- Move my image (currently in the left upper corner) further into the frame, without altering the natural background.will need to be able to realistically depict my legs and fins that aren’t present in the original photo
- No color adjustments or filters needed.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Photoshop
- Experience with photo composition and adjustments
