Discount coupons design

We are looking for an experienced professional to design discount coupons for our company. The coupons will be printable and should be 4/7 cm in size. We have a specific idea in mind for the design and color scheme, as well as ideas for formatting and content, however we are open to changes as needed. We would like the coupon design to be completed in a timely manner (within a few hours) and will also need to be able to change dates on the design when necessary.
