Digitize Graphics from existing shirt

I need someone who can replicate a graphic from a shirt I own. I can send you pictures of the tee but in return I need you to remake it on photoshop, indesign or illustrator and send me the working file. If I am satisfied with the work we can continue working and you’ll be paid for every graphic you make. No thinking involved, it’ll always be an existing graphic I need.
