Digital menu

I am looking for a freelancer to create a digital menu for my food truck

1080*1920 is for portrait
16:9 is the scale


Establishment: Food Truck

Menu Details:
- The menu should include descriptions and prices for each item.
- It should be visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Requirements:
- Experience in designing and developing digital menus for restaurants.
- Proficiency in graphic design and user interface (UI) design.
- the menu will be displayed on a TV screen, from a USB devise.

I would like to have a not only the static menu showing but also perhaps images of the food moving along menu at the bottom of top of the design if possible.
