Digital greeting

I am looking for a graphics designer who could design a digital greeting. It's for India's 75th Independence Day. The main theme will be "Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Tiranga". We are into real estate business - and the creative will have to reflect the main theme and our business. I have attached a reference but we need a better one.
