Digital Signage Scheduling

Hi, my name is Vida Germano, I’m looking for a Digital Signage Administrator to support me with scheduling live event content. This will be an ongoing role for at least a year, with a guaranteed 8–10 hours per week.
The successful candidate will also assist cover during holidays and occasional weekends.
I’ll provide 2 hours of paid training on the platforms and scheduling processes to get you up to speed.

The ideal candidate will assist with :

Key Tasks:
- Download and Scheduling Content for Live Events (From my content management platforms)
- Perform pre-event screen checks via Team Viewer
- Imagery size and resolution checks before scheduling
- Check in with onsite team prior to event goes live (Admin and Event Managers)
- Remote support and troubleshooting when required

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint
- Image and video resize software’s
- Familiar with Content management systems
- Excellent English
- Punctual, reliable and time keeping
- Attention to detail
- Professional and great communicator
- Positive energy

Preferable (Preferably 2 Hours ahead of Irish time)
