• A private speech therapy practice in Greater Vancouver, Canada
• An educational platform for allied healthcare therapists in India
Clinical insights are developed in Canada and translated into scalable courses for therapists in India.
What I’m Looking For
I’m looking for "one strong freelancer or a small team based in India" who can think strategically and execute across:
* Social Media
* Digital Marketing
* Video Content
* Graphic Design
This is not just a posting role — I’m looking for someone who understands "how content drives leads, trust, and conversions"
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media
* Plan and manage Instagram & LinkedIn
* Create a structured content calendar
* Write audience-specific captions (Canada vs India)
* Handle basic engagement (comments, DMs)
2. Digital Marketing
* Email campaigns & newsletters
* Lead generation:
* Clinics, schools, doctors (Canada)
* Therapists (India)
* Support course launches & funnels
* Track and improve performance
3. Video Content
* Edit short-form videos (Reels, educational clips)
* Repurpose long-form content into multiple assets
* Maintain a clean, professional healthcare style
4. Design
* Social media creatives (carousels, infographics)
* Course materials and thumbnails
What Matters Most
* Ability to understand **two different audiences**
* Strong sense of **strategy + execution**
* Organized, proactive, and reliable
* Experience in healthcare/education is a plus
Working Style
* Start: hourly / part-time
* Goal: long-term retainer
* Ongoing, consistent work for the right fit
