We are an organization focused on empowering and supporting women through events, retreats, and self-care initiatives. We are currently planning a virtual event, “Boujee in Pajamas,” and need a talented freelance digital designer to create a series of personalized and branded digital materials for our ticket holders.
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and organized freelance digital designer to create several key assets for our upcoming event. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Canva, PDF design, and creating digital products that can be easily personalized and delivered to participants. You will be responsible for designing the following assets and ensuring they align with our brand and event goals.
What You Should Create Digitally:
1. Affirmation Cards (10 Total):
• Create 10 affirmation cards for all event participants.
• Cards should be visually appealing and align with the event’s uplifting theme.
• Provide both digital (printable) and editable versions.
2. Guided Meditation/Reflection PDF (1):
• Design a calming, branded PDF for guided meditation or reflection exercises for all participants.
• Content should be simple, thoughtful, and easy to follow.
3. $10 Ticket Journal Bundle (3-5 Pages):
• Create a bundle that includes:
• Gratitude list
• Self-care checklist
• Thought-provoking prompts
• Design the pages in a cohesive, branded style for ease of printing.
4. $30 Ticket Bundle (Digital):
• Combine all the assets from the $10 ticket bundle, plus personalized items:
• Personalized Affirmation Cards (using a customizable Canva template)
• Self-Care Digital Bundle (including a 7-day self-care challenge and printable affirmation cards)
• Ensure these assets are easily customizable for individual participants.
• Create a process to personalize the affirmation cards with names and send them after the event.
