Digital Design for a Food & Beverage Manufacturer

I work with manufacturer that is involved in a number of business sectors including Food and Beverage manufacturing, as well as the energy sector (such as building solar farms). I am looking for a design resource who is capable of developing digital elements for use in employee communications, recruiting, training as well as, sales and marketing (sales brochure elements) and trade show materials as well as digital web and social images. This is an ongoing need that would require between 8-20 hours of time per month depending on workflow and project deadlines.

Looking for a designer who is creative in how materials are presented and used and who understands how to capture attention and design impactful with subjects that are not always overly exciting...food products, employees, etc. I need a designer who has a strong understanding of the English language, understands brand standards and is willing to communicate their opinion if they see a way to improve a work product to better achieve the goal.
