Digital Cookbook Designer Needed.

I need someone with the following skills..
- English as a first language or at least very proficient
- Editing/Grammar skills in a bonus
- graphic designer (design the layout of the book)
- can create an ebook in both pdf and kindle format
- be sure you know how to design for kindle
- illustrator skills would be a bonus as it would be great if we can add some freehand illustrations to the books design
- you must have previous experience designing cookbooks

* The book itself will be based on recipes from my website @ CaribbeanPot.com
* 25 recipes will be included (brief intro, Title, Ingredients, Steps and an image of the completed dish)
* I will provide all content (text and graphic image of completed dish), but you not an illustrations (see comment above)
* The books cover design will be something you do as well
* The back cover of the book will be designed by you as well.
* The book will have an intro page, each recipe will have a brief intro and the last page of the book will have a paragraph or two.

In responding to this project it's important that you understand what was said above, include a complete bid amount (do not bid low only to tell me the work I need is more money), provide examples of your work and tell me when you cna start and how long you will need. Also tell me what software the book will be designed in.
