Dial Pad skin

Hi everyone,

I need to make a dial pad with few skin. You need to create:

1) Dial pad design
2) On call design
3) Receiving a call
4) On call with someone

When on call we need the option to:

1) Transfer the call
2) 3 way call
3) Hangup
4) Call on old
5) Note
6) Dial pad to dial something on call.

Yes all 6 options mention are small icon.

Need to provide it with AI and photoshop format. If your skin looks good will ask for more.
