We are looking for an experienced developer or agency to design and implement a WhatsApp chatbot that will be seamlessly integrated into our website. The goal is to automate our customer support and user interaction while providing a modern communication channel.

1. Development of a WhatsApp chatbot
• Setup via the WhatsApp Business API or a suitable third-party provider (e.g., Twilio, 360dialog, Chatlayer, etc.)
• Automated responses to frequently asked questions (FAQs)
• Option to transfer to a human support agent
• Integration of simple menu structures (e.g., selection options)
2. Homepage Integration
• Integration of a "WhatsApp button" or widget on our website (e.g., bottom right)
• Direct connection to the WhatsApp chatbot upon click
• Adaptation of the design to the existing corporate design
3. Data Protection & Security
• GDPR-compliant implementation (including opt-in for communication)
• Storage of user data only if required and with consent

Prerequisites / Requirements:
• Experience in chatbot development, especially for WhatsApp
• Knowledge of API integration
• Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, possibly JavaScript) for integration
• Familiarity with GDPR requirements in the area of messaging
• References from previously implemented chatbot projects are an advantage
