F&B Development Expert Needed for Restaurant

I am looking for a highly creative professional with experience in F&B development to assist in renovating an operational Thai authentic cuisine restaurant within a beach resort. While the design and furniture have already been selected, I need support with the following creative tasks to transition from the current state to the future vision based on the restaurant’s design:

Tasks include:

Crafting the restaurant narrative
Developing branding, signage, and collateral
Designing the menu
Curating uniforms
Curating operating equipment (OS&E)
