UI UX Developer needed for web Banking- Will not be used in Production Environment.

I am looking for a custom app dev to duplicate a banking app like bofa or chase. It will not be used in a production environment to real customers. It will just be used by myself to track transactions I would like to upload into the app itself
There does not need to be any real time transacting of information or any integrations
