Developer needed to build a Word plug in tool for lawyers
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a simple plug in for Microsoft Word that allows a lawyer to pull in clauses from their previous contracts without having to open up previous documents. They would then be able to put them into a new document they are working on.
A user would be able to insert clauses or parts of previous documents into the plug in and pull from them whenever they need to find a similar clause in the future. Everything that is uploaded would be available to all users, not just the information that that specific user has uploaded.
Target audience is lawyers in the United States. I am ambivalent about development stack but the fastest and simplest MVP is ideal. This will be free to start for users (first month free) and then would cost a small monthly fee for users to use. Payment gateway should be integrated into the platform for this.
Turnaround time for the MVP should be as fast as possible, so we can have users begin to test.
