UI/UX Developer for Web Design Improvements

I'm looking for a skilled UI/UX developer to join our team and enhance our current web pages. The project is expected to last 1-2 months with completion needed ASAP.
We need independent worker who can work independently, take feedback from the founding team and can quickly improve the designs. You will have to work with the front end development team as well.


Key Requirements:
- Enhance overall aesthetics: The current designs need to be made more visually appealing and engaging, with attention to detail.
- Optimize user flow: Improving the navigation and user experience is crucial. The designs should facilitate a seamless journey across the website.
- Improve accessibility: In addition, the website should be designed to cater to a diverse audience, including tech-savvy users and the general public.

Your role will be to take our existing designs and elevate them to meet these expectations. Experience in creating user-friendly, modern interfaces is essential. You should also have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create designs that are both appealing and functional.
