UI and UX Developer

We need a UI / UX developer to help us design a website for our start-up as well as the front-end UI elements feel and user experience of our mobile app.
We will need only the graphics assets as deliverable. You also need to be good with wordpress and can work on top of 2021 theme (https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwentyone/) to apply changes to the website.
The website is a single page with the logo and a count-down timer. An about section, mobile app downloads and contact form.
Website should be very minimal in structure / function but have an impressive design (props for using complex design elements)
The graphic assets designed should be Logo for use in social media + web, a header image for social media. Mobile phone UI for 4 screens and with graphic elements (such as buttons, background etc)
